Maria Carrusca, the President and CEO of Drapes and More Inc., is passionate about keeping the many small scraps of lovely fabrics generated by her business out of landfill. Instead, the bits and pieces of beautiful high-end drapery and upholstery fabrics are made into beautiful throws and reusable totes, each item a beautiful work of textile art. A percentage of Maria’s proceeds is used to purchase personal care items, socks and underwear to distribute to encampments and homeless shelters.
